                                   Ms. Lewis started as the Assistant Director of the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District

                                   where she assisted with the implementation of the District’s approved Solid Waste Plan including programs involving

                                   recycling,  waste exchanges, solid waste disposal, tire disposal, and household hazardous waste disposal. 

                                         Transitioning to  Vice President of McCabe Engineering & Contracting for 19 years, Ms. Lewis was responsible for the overall coordination and execution of projects including the development and implementation of research and investigations at various sites (Brownfield, industrial, hazardous waste, landfills, etc.) and formulating remedial approaches based on the results of these activities including the scope of work and cost development; implementation of field activities including health and safety management; public meetings/notifications; and financing alternatives including the procurement of loans and grants for remediation and redevelopment objectives.  

                                 
                             Ms. McCabe started in the construction business at a very young age.  As the daughter of the owner of a 35-year old

                                 engineering and construction company, Ms. McCabe filled many voids at McCabe Engineering & Contracting including 

                                 flagging traffic; logging environmental samples; assisting with requests for proposals and qualifications; production of

                                 reports; and the development of various marketing mater

                                 While attending the University of Kentucky, Ms. McCabe was the Vice President of Panhellenic Recruitment, where she managed a staff of part-time employees and volunteers.  After college, Ms. McCabe furthered her skills working at MWH Global where she continues to assess requirements for request for proposals, compliance matrices, schedules and contributes to business development.
